Fitness Connection offers free shipping on all orders over $199.00. Standard shipping is a flat rate $7.95* on orders below $199.00 and applies to orders shipped UPS Ground only. This is valid on orders shipped within the contiguous US.
Priority Mail, Express Mail and expedited UPS shipments do not qualify.

Fitness Connection does not accept any International Orders.

Fitness Connection does not accept COD orders.

Fitness Connection does ship to Military addresses.

*Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped Priority Mail. Full shipping charges will be applied to your order. Insurance will be added to the shipping cost. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped by Priority Mail or UPS Second Day Only. They do not qualify for our flat shipping rate of $7.95.

NOTE: Orders received Monday - Friday before 3 pm will be shipped the same business day providing all products are in stock. All orders received Friday after 3 pm will be shipped the following Monday. UPS Next Day and Second Day orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. The earliest they will arrive would be the following Monday or Tuesday respectively.
