Recommended Use:
On Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water, juice or protein shake, before and after workouts.
On Non-Training Days: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop with 6-10 oz of cold water, juice or protein shake, once per day.
