Recommended Use: Microwave: 1) Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure, add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute. 2) Pour into a small Pyrex or other glass bowl. 3) Cover with a paper towel and microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 70 seconds, lift paper towel to check for doneness. 4) Re-cover and continue cooking at 20 second increments on MEDIUM just until center is set. Cooking times vary depending on your microwave oven. 5) Keep covered and let stand 2-3 minutes before serving.
Stove-Top 1) Measure 1/3 cup hot water in a 1 cup measure, add mix and stir gently until powder is dissolved. Let stand 1 minute. 2) Coat a small fry pan with a non-stick spray and heat pan over MEDIUM heat. 3) Pour egg mixture into the hot pan and cook until the bottom is brown. 4) Flip over onto a plate and serve.
