This patented combination of a processed natural fiber matrix forms a gel like mass while in the small intestine,  releasing Kranker2's Powerful weight loss herbs over 4-5 hours. Traditional capsule or tablet delivery systems are anything but predictable in their release. Many  times stomach upset occurs when several capsules break open in the GI track at once.
