citrate, sodium citrate, magnesium oxide, beta carotene, dl-alpha- tocopheryl acetate, ascorbic
acid, ferrous fumarate, niacinamide, sodium selenite, zinc

Directions: Add contents
of one packet to 16 fl oz of cold water orother beverage such as milk or juice, and thoroughly mix in a
shaker or blender. Increase or decrease amount of beverage added to achieve your desired consistancy.
