Shipping within the contiguous US is $7.95* for orders. All orders will
be shipped by UPS ground or Priority Mail. UPS orders
can not be shipped to a P.O. Box, a physical address
must be supplied. Shipping charges are automatically calculated
with your order and can be seen on your shopping cart. You may
choose to expedite your order by selecting Next Day or Second
Day delivery for an additional charge as well as Priority Mail
or Express Mail.
COD orders are not accepted.
Fitness Connection does not accept International orders.

orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses
must be shipped Priority
Mail and billed the full cost of shipping plus insurance.
NOTE: Orders received Monday - Thursday after 3 pm will be shipped the next business day.
All orders received Friday after 3 pm will be shipped the following Monday.
UPS Next Day orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on the next business day which is the following Monday.
Shipments to APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped Priority Mail.
Full shipping charges will be applied to your order. Insurance will be added to the shipping cost.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are shipped by Priority Mail and UPS Second Day Only.
Theydo not qualify for our flat shipping rate of $7.95 which are for orders shipped within the contiguous US.
In-Store Pickup
Orders placed on the website before 1:00 pm will be available for pick up the same afternoon after 3:00 pm.
Orders placed on the website after 1:00 pm will be available for pick up the next morning after
10:00 am.
We do not process orders on Saturday. Orders must be placed by 2:00 pm on Friday to be processed for pickup on Saturday.
