Recommended Use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 or 2 tablets in the morning and 1 or 2 tablets six to eight hours later, each on an empty stomach with 8 oz of water. Do not excees six tablets in any 24 hour period and do not exceed cycling guidlines.
Cycling Guidlines: Use in cycles that include 5 days on and 2 days off per week. Cycling example A: Take four days on and one day off, followed by three days on and one day off, repeat (4/1, 3/1, 4/1, 3/1.....). Cycling example B: take five days on followed by two days off, repeat (5/2, 5/2.). Allow up to four weeks to attain full effects.
